Judy Walker has practiced Bikram Yoga for 35 years, and studied all forms of yoga, meditation and psychology, along with painting, art and dressage. They are all one. She teaches Hatha Yoga which incorporates a series of 35 poses (asanas) with emphasis on the breath (pranayama). This series is specifically designed to enhance the mind, heal and strengthen the body, and awaken the spirit by experiencing the sacred space. She has studied with Gurumayi, and Yogi Bhajan, is a practitioner of Sat Nam Rasayan taught by Guru Dev.
