 Complete with heated lavender eye pillows, essential oils, light touch Thai massage, and relaxing music. This class will relax the mind, body, and soul. Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. A perfect complement to more yang styles of exercise, Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm. Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities.This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and advanced alike. *** Pre-registration recommended, as class size is kept smaller than other studio offerings.***

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a unique style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous, challenging and creative flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Room is heated to approximately 94 degrees. Complimentary cooling essential oil-infused towels provided.

Soul Sunday Heated Flow

(Intermediate)

Start your week with this dynamic soul-filled Vinyasa practice inspired by Kripalu, Universal, and Hot Power yoga traditions. Move and groove to the rhythm of your breath and soulful Sunday-inspired tunes. Students are recommended to have an established foundation of yoga postures and alignment prior to attending. This sequencing is designed to enhance your intermediate practice and take you through creative transitions & techniques. Room is heated to approximately 94 degrees. Complimentary cooling essential oil-infused towels provided.

Gentle Stretch

(All Levels)

This class is designed for those with tightness in their bodies, with a focus on shoulders, hips, back and hamstrings. You will be guided through postures to help release tightness, utilizing various props as needed. Feeling stiffness that comes with age? From sitting at a desk? From the various ways you incorporate activity and movement in your life? From stress? This is the class for you! **ALL LEVELS, whether you're new to yoga, or not, this class will help you find ease physically and mentally.

Aerial Yoga

(All Levels)

Aerial Yoga is a beautiful blend of movement, breath, and play. Using an aerial hammock to support and assist traditional yoga poses, inversions, and aerial dance. We focus our classes on fundamentals of aerial yoga and together work our way up to more advanced poses. Our goal with each class is to find flow, comfort, and trust in your aerial hammock. With each class you will begin creating strength, flexibility, and balance to prepare for more advanced poses. *Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure proper set up of your aerial hammock.

Heated Yang + Yin

(All Levels)

This class is a yang to yin heated (94 degrees) flow for all levels. You’ll begin with an invigorating flow for the first 55 minutes moving through dynamic sequences that build strength, stamina, and internal heat. After a peak of welcomed intensity the next 35 min will seamlessly wind down into restorative asanas that support and hydrate the connective tissue, relax the nervous system, and integrate the cultivated energy. You’ll leave feeling balanced, complete, and ready for a good night’s sleep.

Each Kundalini Yoga class will include beautiful mantras, spinal flow movements, a specific Kriya (an intentional sequence for the practice), breath work and meditation. Enjoy a gong sound bath savasana at the end. Kundalini Yoga practice gives you a total experience, an energy shift and feeling of elevation, expansion & connection. All levels welcome.

Mindful Flow

 Mindful flow is where breath, body, and mind find connection. This non-heated class is a wonderful offering that includes mindfulness, movement, and centering. You will be guided through foundational yoga poses, and encouraged to meet yourself and your practice where you are, with plenty of modifications offered. ** All levels welcome**
